If I get all brackets and accessories will a 1988-1992 TPI 305-350 serpentine belt set up bolt directly on to a 1972 motor?? If not what needs to be changed?

Should work fine. Keep in mind that a serpentine belt drive uses a reverse-flow water pump, so you'll need one off or a 1988 5.7L or so. As long as the bolt holes are in the head and block as they should be, I see no problems. Oh yeah, you may need to lengthen/shorten wires for the alternator & A/C depending on mounting location. Figure in p/s and A/C lines as well. Just get ALL parts from the donor car related to the accessories.
