I have a quick question: In every topic I have read about injectors it mentions that they tick and in some cases rather loudly. Mine don't or at the very least are very quiet. Does that mean that they are getting clogged or worn out? I have noticed that it seems to be loosing power on top end and was thinking that the injectors might be the cause. The injectors have 182,000 miles on them. The motor was rebuilt last summer. It is a TPI 350 bored .30 over with a Crane 2032 compucam and 1.6 roller tip rockers. I am kicking myself now for not shipping the injectors off and having them cleaned and tested while I had the motor out but didn't see a need at the time since it was running fine before the rebuild. That is except for the spun bearing. whooops.

Usually, the older and more worn they get, the noisier they get. It is always a good idea to clean and flow match them.
