Highly unlikely. Check the TPS, and replace the fuel filter if you havent already.

What is your fuel pressure at idle with the vacuum line off & plugged?

madmax--->my fuel filter is new. How can tps have inluence with very very lean fuel mixture??

whitroc--->me fuel pressure is at 45 psi. So, i dont know with the vacuum line off. Why is it necessary to check fuel pressure without vacuum??

And, what about my maf. Can it be the reason of all my problems about very lean fuel mixture.

Stallone,
I don't think the MAF would cause this problem. The MAF wouldn't limit your rpms at a certain range and it would give you a real rough idle.
And I don't really know what your problem is BUT I had a simular problem on my car that I could not get above 4000 rpms. The problem was blown head gaskets between the two middle cylinders on both heads!!!
The only way I found this was I did a cylinder pressure test on each cylinder, not a fun task! the middle two cyclinders showed only 50 - 70 psi, not a good thing!
So I'm not saying it is this but you may want to check this out.

Good Luck!
