Does anybody know how much this will cost for me to get, or does anyone have one that they can get rid of. I need one for a new engine I am getting. Thanks

In the future just go to www.thirdgen.org and click on the classifieds link. I've bought a few parts off of it and never got screwed. It's a great place to get parts cheap.

Also when buying a harness you know that there are two different systems right? There's speed density that uses a MAP sensor and Mass Airflow that uses a MAF ssensor. I'd recomend the Map system, but if you want to get maf try to get it from an 89 TPI, that way you'll get the 165 ecm with the 6E broadcast code, and you'll be able to run the arap.bin easily. (ARAP is a performance "chip" that GM made, go to the prom board and do a search for ARAP and you'll find everything you need)
