radiator cleaner HELP

Hey, my car is running pretty dang hot, past 220. i put in a 180* therm, but i
knew that the radiator is kinda dirty, i flushed it with a flush kit i brought
from autozone, and then bought some actual cleaner stuff. But i was only able
to put half of it in. and anyways i reflushed it yesturday, looked inside, and
theres still corrosion in there, you know that white stuff that builds up on
the holes inside or whatever... i am going to take it in somewhere, but i want
to buy another cleaner first and this time use all of it. wut kind should i
get? 10 minute flush? complete system cleaner? theres soooo many of them. which
works best?

On the freeway, in traffic, which?

If its in traffic, and you havent changed the fan to turn on sooner, that temp is totally normal.

If its on the freeway, check to make sure the air dam is still in place.

If you read the bottle of the Prestone Rad SUPER Flush, it says run it for something like 10 hours. What I did, was pull off the Top hose real quick, this allowd me to loose about a pint of fluid. Connected it back and added the Super Flush. I drove it for a week with it in there. Then, pulled off the top hose again, lost another pint, reconnect, and then I added the 10min flush stuff. Then added Prestone's flush and fill kit, this allows you to tap into the heater hose and do a nice flush job. Yet, what I did was connect my garden hose to the flush kit on the heater hose, removed the rad cap, left the car running, and allowed it to flush that way. I kid you not, it took over 20 mins for the water to come out clear by doing it this way. I figured, with the car running, it would be constantly circulating, and would get everything, and it did. Sorry so long, hope it helps.
