ok I have a 1986 Iroc Z with a 305, Im tired of it not being enough so I have a fresh 355ci with 10mi on rebuild I have these heads
14102193...87-up...305/350......1.94"/1.5" valves
Im wondering if I can put my intake onto these heads, If not what heads will work with my TPI intake?
Also does anyone know what kind of cam and how much I can go with this set up? I want a rough idle cam but nothing to the point I cant drive on the street.

 

no one has any ideas for a good set up with heads and a cam??? What about The LT1 head swap?

 

i think you can mod the 4 center holes to work on the heads you have or get a 87 and up tpi intake.. do you have a roller block. im building a 91 350 4 bolt roller block with 083 heads... and a hot cam i thike for my set up i have a ramjet 350 cam to..

I know I will have to go with the LT1 intake which is fine, All I know is I have to get it machined for the distributer. Am I wrong? I wanna know a good cheap set up if anyone knows of one.
I know My block is good for 400+ but 500 is pushing it on a 2blt main I just wanna be able to make atleast 450hp

 

what year is your block.. you can run lt1 heads with tpi to.. with mods. to them... roller cams make more power. so you might want a roller cam to that kind of power...
