Ported 882 castings

I found a set of rebuilt 882s with LT1 springs, ARP studs, and mild gasket matching port work done to them. Now I have a set of rebuilt STOCK LT1 heads laying around. Does anybody think its worth an even trade? Are the 882 heads good for TPI motors since I have emission testing?

882 heads aren't good for much of anything.
