TPI Troubles (supercharger)

Ok, So I am posting this for a friend. He has a 1988 GTA It is a TPI and has a Paxton Supercharger on it. When cold it has to be feathered to keep it running and when warm and driving it, it has a slight hesitation or "bog" in the first second. Timing is at 4* because of the supercharger. The Block Learn is at 160 which is not good and the Intergrater is fluctuating between 130 and 150. The vacuum guage we hooked up to it says between 14 and 16.
We checked the TPS and that is correct... What should be the plan of action to find out what is wrong with it? There are no codes shown or in history. I am not sure if the supercharger has anything to do with it, but i figured that the TPI guys might be able to diagnose this easier then the poweradder guys.
Thanks,
Dennis

I would agree with what the numbers say. From seeing the car if I didnt have a computer I would GUESS that there is a vacuum leak and the computer is overcompensating for it by giving it more gas cause it smells rich out the exhaust. Now that is without seeing the computer and with minimal knowledge on TPI. I am pretty sure if I can get my hands on a smoke machine that we will find a few good old vacuums leaks. Why does it smell rich out the exhaust??

Oh a side note... The fuel pump was just replaced and when going to hook up the fuel pressure guage to check it, the shrader valve was not drilled all the way through. It was SOLID let me repeat, where the shrader valve is supposed to go in was a solid peice of metal not drilled through. Anyone think that if we bring it back to GM they will warrenty it? Haha

The engine had a bit over 100 miles on the rebuild.
