Where does the wire that is on the EGR valve hook up to? Also does anybody have any pictures of how and where the vacuum lines that are on the bottom and the sides of the TPI setup hook up?

The wire goes back into the ECM harness. The ECM controls the EGR valve by applying a pulse-modulated signal of (I think) 5 volts. A manual is the best source of info on the vacuum lines as the applications appear to change slightly from year to year.
