I wasn't sure where to put this (maybe TPI?), but I just wanted to ask if anyone noticed a difference with this mod?

I noticed a small difference on my 86 T/A only on real hot days.Car didnt seem to get as sluggish as usual. It wont be a huge difference but for the effort to do it,i recommend it.

I think the TPI board is a better place for this so I am moving it there.

I didn't notice much of a diff, although it sure helps on hot days when doing adjustments, etc, not to burn your arms & hands on the plenum.

I have to say I didn't notice a damn bit of difference. But then again I didn't really expect much. It's just one of those mods that you can do yourself just to feel good. I'm sure you gain a bit, not more than a horse or two though.
