The better mod?

I am looking for the most torque per od, so I was wondering what is a more noticable gain, after market headers or runners. Forgive me if this has been asked, I just want know what you guys noticed the biggest torque gain with. I was thinking the next mod to be, headers, runners, or roller rockers. thanks for any replis guys.

is it a automatic or a standard tranny?
is it a 305 or a 350?

Have you changed the cam yet? It is cheaper than either of those and could give you better gains with those roller rockers.

how is a cam going to be cheaper than headders or runners?
unless you do the entire thing yourself, the cam would be twice as much as either one of the other mods.
cam probly would be the best bang for buck though.

The cam change is about the same as runners, and cheaper than headers (especially SLP) if you do it yourself and use a GM cam such as the ZZ4. If you don't want to dive into the engine, get the headers.
