I saw a really long Torx bit tool for getting between the runners with out having to take off the valve covers.
Does any one have this tool and know where to get it?

Apex, sorry, I don't know the part number. Try a local industrial tool supplier for the best chance at finding it.

I use a regular Matco 3/8 drive torx bit and an extention and I'm able to clear the valve covers. I have used a Great Neck brand also.

Also, you could try this. Most torx bits have large bases the bit goes into which are too large to manuever around. Remove the torx end and place in into your 1/4 1/4 inch drive socket and electrical tape in place. Then with a taped universal joint and long extention you can easily get to those inside bolts.
