You will need
Knock sensor (speed density for your engine size)
1227730 computer
Speed density prom
map sensor
If you are electricly talented then you will need the 32 pin yellow/green connector, the map senor connector, some extra wire, connector pins, splices, a soldering iron among other things.
If you are not comfortable with the harness repin then you can get a painless harness and install it.
This is quite a bit of work unless you really want to get rid of the MAF sensor. This definately will not be cheaper than replacing a broken Maf sensor
