what should i do next???? more within

i have a tci streetfighter tranny enroute to the house i was contemplating SLP runners, or maybe a msd6a ignition?, pulleys?my mods r listed in my sig. my goal is mid 13's is it possible? r the SLP runners worth while?

I'd either port or replace the manifold base. That will help with both the stock tubes or after market ones.
Then change your gear ratio to 3.7X's. That is a fun SOTP noticable mod. Then you take care of your traction problems you will have.
Low 13's is not out of the question.
