AIR system removal

AIR system removal
Would it be possible to completeley remove my A.I.R. system from my L98 and it still pass emissions? And would it have a visual under hood inspection to pass?

Yes, you can easily pass emissions w/out the AIR system, even the treadmill IM240 test like we have here in MD. It probably won't pass an underhood inspection unless the guy looking at it is clueless or doesn't care. Luckily, they don't look under the hood here, just check for the cat.
