NO heat in the car.

NO heat in the car.
Just pulled the a/c out of the car and connected everything the way it should be I think and when I turn the blower motor on (all speeds) i can hear it run, but barely anything comes out of the top or bottom vents.
I think that the heater vents are vacuum operated. Does anybody know where these vacuum lines should go?
Any ideas?
