Headers, aftermarket heads/cam/intake,custom made eprom, and if you still have any money left then get NOS. That combo should get you into into low 12's.

If you don't have one already, a catback would be my first suggestion. My car had the original exhaust when I bought it and it really woke my car up.

Read the tec articles on the main page there is some good stuff on there for our cars including power, suspention, and other mods for our cars.
