I have a stock tpi 350. When i put tpis big mouth manifold and runners, comp cam 280 cam, world sr torquer heads, and hooker comp headers?

 

id say close to 300 but u better increase fuel pressure to go with all that air

No need for bigger injectors.
TPIS makes a decent adj. fuel pressure reg.
I'd say like 325hp.
