part number or name > Check valve on fuel line?

Does anyone have the part number or know the name of the plastic (check valve?) at the end of one of the fuel lines? Sits right in front of the rear wheel where all the fuel lines lead up to the gas tank.
I can't even find a picture of it in my factory service manual.
What is that thing? It's leaking gas bad.

In case anyone else needs to know; it's a fuel line vent valve. $40 at Chev dealer.
