Car: 1991 Pontiac Trans Am GTA

Engine: TPI 5.7L 350

Transmission: 700R4 4-speed Auto

SBC Single Turbo Conversion Upgrade from SSAUTOCHROME

I have been wanting to put a single turbo on my '91 Trans Am GTA for a while now and I ran across a single turbo upgrade kit from SSAUTOCHROME on Ebay. The kit looks very nice and it says that it fits all small block Chevys including the 283, 305, 325, 350, and 400. It seems like a good buy for $200. Is there anybody out there running this kit or do you maybe know of someone running this kit? I was just wondering if it would work on my '91 GTA and if it does work on my car, what kind of modifications would have to be made to install the turbo kit? My car has the 350 Tuned Port engine. Any information on this kit would be appreciated. Thanks.

search for ssautochrome on here and you will find plenty of threads about it. most of the theards say that they are not made too good. do a search and read up on them before you buy it.
