Error code confusions... PLZ HELP ME!
I replaced the fuel pump and Burn off relays today. Everything seemed to be good and about half way home as normal the SES light came on. Well i had the following codes before the repair...
12 (which i know is nothin to worry about)
32 (EGR)
36 (BURN OFF)
54 (FUEL PUMP)
When i got home i decided to see what codes had went away and when i scanned it i got the following...
12 (nothing big)
13 (O2)
32 (EGR)
34 (MAF LOW VOLTAGE)
36 (BURN OFF) Which i was hopeing was fixed.
54 (FUEL PUMP) Which i thought would also be fixed.
My question is it takes about 10-15 minutes before ALL of the codes made the SES light come on. I just wonder if there is a posiblility that the ECM is messing up because the codes ALL come at once. They sometimes show up when i start it but when the car starts and the codes arnt showing then it takes about that time range for them to show up. What are some things to check to help get some of these taken care of to get the car in better running shape? It runs pretty good already but i still need these fixed. HELP ME PLZ -Matt

EGR.. that little bugger. i had the code and this is what fixed it for me -
1. disassembling EGR system
2. Found vac. lines not hooked up
3. cleaned EGR
4. Found EGR solenoid not hooked up, and wires were exposed (plastic shield was weak) - reinforced with electrical duct tape, hooked it up again, installed all vac lines
Fixed.
O2 is an easy check, if i was you i'd just pop it out and see how it looks, and see if it smells unusual like oil or unburnt fuel, maybe make sure the wire going to it isn't cooked - mine was and i had to fix that, wires exposing big time.
good luck - you've got a handful there.
