Wheres Fuel Pump???
I tried to search and i didn't really find anything, I need to change my fuel filter and need to know where its at. I know its under the car but i don't know where at under it. Also if you have any links or advice to change it without breaking anything let me know please. Thanks Nate
Re: Wheres Fuel Pump???
Your fuel pump is inside the tank, and to remove the tank the rear axle has to drop down to give clearance. Fortunately, your fuel filter is not connected to the pump. If you get your car up on jack stands so that you can safely crawl under it, the tank will be almost directly over the rear axle. Just forward of the rear axle on the left side of the car you will see 4 fuel lines coming from the top of the tank. At the front end of the inner fender on the left side you will find the fuel filter mounted inline just about the length of the filter from where the inner fender joins the floor of the body.

Its connected to the fuel lines near the left rear tire, under the car.

Re: Wheres Fuel Pump???
rear drivers side. infront of the rear drivers side tire. just follow the fuel lines to this little cylinder. thats the fuel filter. youll need one wrench to hold the line and one to unthread the filter
