I'm shopping for 19 lb fuel injectors since 3 of mine are bad I'm going to go ahead and get a set of 8 for my 305. I've done my research on here and have decided to go with the Ford racing injectors. There is a new set on tpiparts.net and their ebay store for $260 I also found a set on ebay from Presision Fuel Injectors that are remanufactured for $137. Does anyone have any experiance with the remanufactured ones or the presision fuel injector company? Is it worth almost twice the cost to get new ones?

 

I haven't received them yet, but I expect them today, a set of fuel injectors I purchased on e-bay from Southbay Fuel Injectors. They are the Ford Racing Injectors you mention in your post. They were listed as a buy it now for $125.99 and free shipping. I spoke with a number of people who bought the remanufactured injectors and so far everyone has been happy with them. That seems like a pretty good price for new ones. They are almost $100 a piece at my local parts store. What kind of warranty do the new ones you found come with? I would talk to others on e-bay who purchased both the new and remanufactured to make my decision.

 

just a little FYI, some people are a little leary in purchasing "remanufactured" fuel injectors, but if you purchase from a reputable company, and they do their job well, the remanufactured injectors after being placed through all of the various tests during the flowtesting process will be in "like new" condition. Just make sure that they come with some sort of warranty, we offer 3 years on all of our rebuilds, except for improper installation as mentioned above.
