regulator problem????

regulator problem????
I just installed a new fuel pump, and I am still having pressure problems. If i unplug the vaccum line,, nothing happens to the pressure. Im sure the regulator is bad ,but my question is .....Can i use a stock regulator with an LT4 hot cam>>? or will I have vaccum problems

when the diaphragm in one is bad gas will come out of the vacuum line you pull off the regulator. speak of the ****in devil another regulator went bad on me tonight. i tried it getting gas and sure enough i had lovely 93 pouring out.
