Re: tuning 355 HELP
What kind of cam/heads are you running? Is it TPI? Is the chip you put in a stock chip or a custom burned? Could deffinatly use some more details on the motor. What's the problem? Is it just not performing how you expected?

Re: tuning 355 HELP
it just doesn't seem to have the power I expected, and it surges like crazy, no matter what I do. Have a Hypertech chip Thermomaster 128922 and Comp Cams p/n 08-302-8. had the engine built balanced and bluprinted by a very reputible shop. Made sure tps is set correct. Adjusted the timing from 6 to 15 degrees. seems to run best at factory to 10 degrees. Just swapped from 305 "f" motor. The 305 had headers, cam, chip, and I think that's bout it and the 355 doesn't really seem that much faster if at all. Dunno if it matters that much but just looked at the box for the chip and it says "auto" my car's a 5 speed. p.s thanks for your quick response....
