what are the 2 fuel line sizes that come off the fuel rails on a tpi? and what type of flare is needed for those lines?

the supply side is 3/8od, the return is 5/16od, they have double sided flares on them.

I have a 87 5.0L TPI and on mine (and in the manual) the supply line is 3/8 OD and the return is 5/16 OD. Both have GM fuel line style flares that use a O ring seal.

The O rings are available from Rock Auto Sk18 (for my 87) for like 3 bucks a set
