egr?

im thinking about putting a steel plate where the egr is since ive had trouble and dont feel that i need it. anybody already have done it and any imput weather i should or not?

I've done it. You'll need to disable EGR in the code. Otherwise you'll throw a code once it gets energized.

Do you have emission checks? If so, you would probably need to keep the EGR on the car and get it functioning properly. EGR controls NOx. To be emission legal, you would need to keep it functioning.
