no fuel or spark

car is a 89 350 tpi, stock.
the car would not want to start somedays and fire right up the next and run great. went on for about 3 weeks then just died. i diagnosed it to no spark or fuel, i get fuel to the fuel rail but the injectors are not spraying(injectors are new bosch 3's with not even 3K miles on them). i replaced the distributor, coil, cap and rotor, still nothing.
wires are been checked countless times, they are on correctly, dizzy is where it needs to be, everything is pluged in and i see no damage to wires or connectors.
any one got any ideas???

I say dist /ESC problem.The ECM has to see a signal from the dist while cranking to pulse the injectors.
It is the only thing I can think of that affects both fuel and spark at same time
The fact you say you have no spark leads me to think it is primarily ign related
