Does my chip need re-tuning with the addition of some new parts?

Basically my question is:

With some new parts on a motor, like 1.6 Roller rockers, massively ported SLP TPI runners, and an Edelbrock TPI intake manifold require any kind of computer tuning to work correctly?

Granted this is not on a stock motor, I can post up the list of things done if need be, but the chip is already a comewhat custom one (Mail Tune?) based off the mods I've got already... The parts I mentioned above are just what's been put on the motor since the rebuild.

If you're starting with a good tune, then those mods do not necessitate a retune.
Even a completely stock car can see gains in drivability and power with a good hands-on custom tune though.

You should datalog and see where your BLMs are. If you aren't getting BLMs above 135, then you'll probably be OK without a retune. If you are going above 135, then I'd definitely get a retune, but not by mail order.
