91 TPI into 69 Nova...need help

I put a Street and performance conversion into a 69 Nova (bought it used). I have similiar problem everyone seems to have...runs rich and idles poorly. (sometimes idles OK, other times it'll stall). I have brand new 350...all machine work at local shop (a good one). I replaced every sensor w/ GM stuff when I started. IAC has been set and TPS has been adjusted from .57 to .75 w/o any luck. I do have datamaster and it shows that it's running rich. I'm thinking I may need a chip burned. Does anyone know what the injector pulse (BPW) range should be. I do have 8 brand new injectors, fuel pump (pressure is good), regulator holds solid and a new throttle body (stock replacement)...new EGR valve and scanner shows VSS is good. It has new dizzy, pick up reads spec, all new wires, and the correct GM heated O2 sensor. It has full length headers. I'm kinda stumped. Initally I thought vacuum leak, but it would run lean and files support fat. Vacuum seems to hang around 16 which is low for a stock engine, but it runs fat. Engine has been checked with propane and now leaks found. I have running datamaster files for anyone who'd like to help me out. thanks and I look forward to some help.

Al

Welcome aboard thirdgen.org.

The TGO Engine Swap forum is intended for swaps into 3rd gen f-bodies. That isn't what you've done, so I'll move it to the TPI forum and let the mods there decide if it is "3rd gen related" enough to be there..
