Does it feel any different? I know when I did a cold air on my old honda it was pretty noticeable, even for such a small motor; it gave the honda a little bit better bottom end.

If I were you I'd take a small bit of hose and put is inside the cutout so you don't have metal on metal there.

was thinking about the hose thing but idk...why not metal on metal? heat transfer?
sorry for the late response...
throttle response is better, high end hp and low end tq seem to have improved also..

gonna zombie-fy this thread but i have to add, for anyone doing this, please make sure you dont drive with it how i have mine, in the rain. hydro lock is not a good thing...

hasnt happened to me but i felt that i need to warn everyone...lol

As a side note the factory rubber hoses that are used are very restrictive. Your ultimate goal should be to replace them.
