9th Injector OHM rating

Does any know what the OHMs should be on the Cold Start Valve (9th Injector) should be? Just trying to determine if my Cold Start Valve (9th Injector) is bad or the cold start temp sensor is, one of them is bad. Thank for the help. Tony
