Weird hot start issue (vid inside)

Car: 1988 Iroc
Engine: 5.7L
Transmission: '96 T56, Hurst Shifter, Mech VSS
Axle/Gears: 3.45 9 Bolt
Weird hot start issue (vid inside)
Replaced:
Cap
Rotor
Plugs
Wires
Ign. Module
IAC
Injectors
FPR
MAF (Computer chip kind, not hot wire)
Maf burnoff and Power relay
All new runner/plenum/tb gaskets.
All new fuel o rings
probably more but i cant remember now.
This is after driving the car for a few miles then letting it idle in my driveway for about 30 mins. After that I shut it off and went to restart it again and this is what happened.
It revs up, then seems like its gonna stall then acts normal again.
