car runs real fat when i first run it and sputters and runs real choppy, then the check engine lite comes on and it smooths out and idles. its a 358 that i put in an iroc that i bought with a 305 tpi and i used the tpi setup off of it . i no i have to do alot of tuning to it to get it to make the power and run to its potential, but so far iv put an adjustable fuel pressure regulator an adjustable maf headers and some other upgrades i no i have to get the ecm programmed and a set of bigger injectors. my question is whats making the car run so shitty cold, tem sensor? which iv replaced and i had egr issues which are fixed now i just wana get the car running wel enough to drive to my other shop where i plan on putting the bigger injectors and having the ecm programmed

yes and until the check engine lite comes on. once the lite comes on the car smooths out and it idles and runs gd.

 

yeah the lite comes on then it runs gd. i dont have a scanner at my disposal but im planning on using a buddys, just checking if someone has a quick fix so i can drive it to my fathers shop bout 10 miles away.my problem is sometimes the lite doesnt come on and it continues to run real shitty iv already had problems taking it two blocks away to get gas so im hessitant to take it any farther its not commpletely legal yet so i dont want to get any **** bout it if i breakdown
