well again my TPI 350 is acting up. its a 91 TPI swapped into an el camino, its all stock besides 24 pound injectors, no emissions and stand alone computer. the car ran great a while back but now its starting a bunch of crap. its been having eratic idle when slowing and stopping sometimes, either that or the idle will stay too high after i stop. the car seems sluggish on light throttle but will move after about half throttle. the car was getting about 10 mpg highway which is what i drive mostly to work. I have a code 42 but that is cause i broke my knock sensor. i am going to replace the knock sensor and IAC since i never got a new IAC for it. I once had a paper that went through a whole procedure on tuning the car, from timing to idle adjustment...anybody have any thoughts or possibly some tuning tips?

also it has a 700r4 with lock up but the lock up has never worked and i dont have the brake switch hooked up. trans was freshly rebuilt with corvette servos and pressure boost to help with shift problems i had. car shifts great...although a little too soon on the shifts, for example pulling off from a light im in 4th by the time im at 35...but that may just be me and not the car.
