what is the difference between 85-88 and 89-92 TB and plenums

I am stuck what is the difference between an 85-89 and 90-92 TB and plenum and are they interchangable thanks.

what is the difference between 85-88 and 89-92 TB and plenums

I have an 85 TB and plenum that was set up to run on a 90 PROM and a MAP are these parts compatable or do I need a 90 or later TB and plenum. The after market manifold has eight injector delete and EGR delete does anyone have experience with or is familar this setup.
