What should fuel pressure be set at?

Tomorrow my fuel pressure gauge get's here and I can finally start my engine after many repairs. I installed a Holley AFPR because the diaphragm in the stock regulator was blown.

I was just wondering what I should set the fuel pressure to. What is the stock setting with engine off key on and at idle?

I have an 85 LB9 with headerback exhaust, ignition, free mods and a couple other things. I'm thinking 45lbs should be a good starting point.

You should be alright at 45. I think stock FP was somewhere around 38-40psi. Just remember to set it with the vacuum line disconnected from the AFPR.
