SLP Runers - 2 Diff part numbers? Difference?
The SLE-20002 are for 1985 - 1988 vehicles and the SLE-20004 are for 1989 - 1992 vehicles

Early version has provision for the cold start injector on drv side runner that was not used on the late cars
You can use early runners on late by plugging the injector hole

You can use late runners on early if you get the tune reprogrammed to remove the CSI

what is a cold start injector? i have a 87 L98 that i have taken apart and am building back up. I count 8 injectors. Iv always heard of this 9th injector? but where the hell is it?

Sprays extra fuel on cold start up when cranking ; like using the choke on a carb car
Was deleted on late cars because the ECM was programmed to use the main injectors for extra cold start fueling.
