Change from TBI to TPI for 91RS
I've been tuning/driving my modified 305 TBI for about a year now w/ good results using TunerPro & chip burning.
I want to get more airflow and more low speed response, seems like I have bad distribution thru the intake combo I'm using.
Can I get an 89 MAF TPI to work w/o much trouble? My concerns are 1. the vss, 2. wiring harness, and 3. the capability of the system w a modified engine.
Would it be easier/better off getting a 90-92 Speed Density setup?
My 305 has-
Ported World products 305 Torqer heads, 212/214@.05, .474/.474 roller cam, 1.5" shorty headers, Edelbrock Performer RPM intake, fully modded TBI w/ 4bbl adapter.
Thanks!
