Ok so I have a 89 iroc with a 305 tpi and auto trans. So the car is runnin like real crap when it's about quarter throttle to three quarters it starts to sputter and spark knock but it kinda clears itself up at full throttle. It's not throwing any codes I've changed the sock on the pump it was pretty dirty I changed the fuel filter checked the timing multiple times timing chain isn't stretched and I just cant figure out what's up with the car

 

I know you've stated that it isn't throwing any codes, but my car has behaved this way from both a failed EGR and a bad MAF sensor. It's worth looking at your MAF relays as well.

 

Well all my egr stuff is blocked off and I've tried in doing the maf and it does the same thing so I was told that wasn't the problem and I was hopin not cause the maf and relays r fairly new I was thinking what would the symptoms of a bad pressure regulator cause it mainly seems its starving for fuel

 

I accidentally pulled the vacuum line out of my regulator once and it stumbled hard and really fought to run. Have you checked your fuel pressure?
