Re: My Miniram with an EGR also with extra vacumn ports

Thank you very much for the pic's, I've been waiting a long time for what this thing looks like on a car since TPIS doesn't have pic's of it installed.

Looks great now we need to see if it passes, good luck. I still think it would have been better it TPIS had the pipe coming from the bottom, it would be very easy to drill the port on the intake.

Very nice job Vincent, very clean too. Bryce wants to go for a ride after you get it tuned. Have fun!

Thats very cool. After you get a tune let us how well she performs. I am sure your car will surprise a lot of guys with LS style motors.

Were you ever able to pass smog with that set up?

I thought that the miniram would have to have a C.A.R.B. number in addition to the egr to pass smog? That's great that you passed. I'll have to start saving up to get the intake.

Re: My Miniram with an EGR also with extra vacumn ports

I wonder how they would go about the visual check on getting this to pass? (I'm in IL and don't know your rules)
Cool that you did it.

It would need a C.A.R.B. number to pass the visual inspection in CA. He must have found someone who was willing to "overlook" the visual portion of the smog test.
