Total Emissions removal

Kinda new here , I just got a 90 T/A with a L98 TPI in it, and I was wondering if gutting the cats, removing the EGR and the charcoal can and such, what other stuff would I need to remove?

Re: Total Emissions removal

Honestly I intend to remove the TPI and 700R4 all to gether and replace with a Carb'd 400 or 455 Pontiac and Turbo 400, the emissions and stuff is kinda step one really... But I wanna drive the car until I get all that ready.

Re: Total Emissions removal

Ur better off with the small block 350 an 700r4 thats in it Way better peformance an mpg u get out of it also there would be no fabbing to make up the poncho motor an boat anchor transmission u plan on putting in it. But it u are planning on taking out the emission bologna make sure to keep just egr an solenoid if not it will throw a ses light on.
