I bought this cam and rockers for my lb9
So I have a 1986 iroc with the peanut camp. I couldn't stand it but I didn't want to drop $400 bones at summit for the crane 2032 or 2031 cam.
I would hope with the cam and 1.6 ratio rockers and cat less shorty headers exhaust system I should see 240-250 fly ?
Is this comp cam ant good. The seperation looked nice & choppy at 212 and .42 lift intake and .440 exhuast is great for a ecm car right?

That is a good mild cam. I think I would have gone with a 12-256-4 if I were to stick with a flat tappet. And I don't think the 1.6 rockers are going to gain you much but that's neither here nor there if you already spent to money. I won't begin to guess numbers but it should make a stark improvement over the 190 stock.

Well I ended up getting a refund on the 1.6 rockers and went with the 1.53 roller tips.
And ordered new solid lifters. I thought it would be wise since I'm already inside the engine anyway. Had to pull the motor for a leaking real main seal and oil pan gasket.
Slapping a t5 in it at the same time.

Solid lifters? I hope you meant hydraulic flat tappet.

Make sure you get the correct valve springs. Even if they're not required, the original springs could be 29 years old. They could be weak by now.
And that T5 will probably feel like the biggest performance upgrade. It may not make it faster, but it'll make it a whole lot more fun.
