no power on acceleration

Engine: 305/402
Transmission: 700r4/turbo400
no power on acceleration

92 formula just picked up had transmission problem
swapped out a rebuilt one and started it fix intake leak and radiator took it for a test drive no power over 30 mph. sluggish all the way up from 30 and it vibrates under need my feet feel muffled? anyone had this problem before?

My be a stopped up cat. My brothers car did something like that. Gutted the cat. And then the car ran good. Once we new the problem was fixed he had the cat replaced with a new one. Hope this helps

it revs up good motor sounds great but after 35 mph its bogged no power
