Fuel Injector Interchange

Fuel Injector Interchange
I found a guy wanting to sell me brand new Bosch Fuel Injectors, Part Number 0280-155-710. He claims that they are rated at about 24-26lb/hr.
However, these Fuel Injectors are for the Ford 5.0. In fact, they have FORD MOTORSPORT written on them. The guy claims that they are interchangeable with the Chevy 350 TPI system. IS THIS POSSIBLE?? I'm worried that they will fry my ECM because the resistance on these Fuel Injectors are too high or too low.
WHAT SHOULD I DO? ARE FORD FUEL INJECTORS INTERCHANGEABLE WITH CHEVY FUEL INJECTORS???
