Increase Power 1989 Camaro 305 TPI

Hello Folks

I am new in this Forum and look for some extra HP for my 1989 Camaro Iroc-Z with 305 TPI (081) Engine.

The Car has 195HP in stock configuration and my target is near 300HP.

Here ist the plan for the cold periode here in Austria.:

-Change the peanut cam to a CompCam (08-501-8 XR264HR) ~ 40HP
-Replace the stock headers with Hooker 2055 ~ 15HP
-Toss the catalytic converter ~ 10HP
-Porting Job (Stock 081 Heads, Plenum, Gasket matching) ~ 10HP
- ????

Is this calculation correct ? What else can be done to hit the 300 ?
Is it possible to go 0,495 lift with the stock heads ?
Is it possible to do this mods without changig Chip and Fuel System ?

Thanks

I would replace catalytic converter with some high flow one (Magnaflow for example) instead of removing it. I don't think you will be able to reach 300 HP with stock heads even if you port them without replacing the valves. If you have some money you can think about Trick Flow Specialties Super 23 aluminium heads. Also headers - why not long headers with 1-5/8" pipes?
