About performance headers & intake for stock 350

hi

I know this is a common and lovely topic, although I didnt manage to find many explanatory topic here.

I have a stock 350 TPI with cut cats and a bigger air filter (dunno the name) (useless right now I think).

I would like to gain from 15 to 25 more HP, without spending too much money (shipping stuff in Italy is expensive ). I was suggested to buy headers, intake and 22lb injectors.

About headers, a friend suggested this: http://goo.gl/kst4AX
Are good headers? How many HP gains circa?
If they are bad, what model do you suggest?

About intakes, I don't have a clue. What do you suggest? I would like to spend 350$ shipping included :/

Thanks for any help!

I would use Hooker 2460 and a dougs y-pipe to go with it. Then run 3 in intermediate pipe back to a good muffler and you will have that 20hp

Im confused

Anyway, I have 1989 GTA, with dual cats, so in theory I dont need the y pipe, I have two "tubes". See image:

Right? I dont' even have the dual cats because the prev owner eliminated them.

you guys are eagle eyed

Yeah, some folks already noticed that. I have no plans to bring the car to fix this end liks thing, it required me time and money. Is it a relevant problem?

To keep it simple, remember this:

A SBC is an air pump, make it flow more air you get more HP.

yeah, welding is not a problem. The question still remains the same: what headers should I buy to gain 5-10 hp???
