87 iroc 350 tpi mash the gas and it falls on its face
so my 1987 iroc 350 too has been running really bad lately, changed out the tps, iac, and now it basically has no power out of the hole then at about 3000 rpm it comes back around and has power. thinking fuel delivery problem. vacum

Check fuel PSI and MAF function.
