1986 tpi starts but doesn't keep running

My 86 305 tpi starts brievly but stops like running out of Gas ohmed all injs they are basically the same 16.4 so think that's good. Also noticed when I remove the pressure tap on rail after car is off it sprays gas out of hole on rail very strange and when it charges it leaks out of top of shrader valve slightly any ideas anyone?

This probably isn't your problem but replace the Schrader valve and fix the fuel leak. Even if the dust cap is in place this can be a potential fire hazard.

When you try to re-start does the engine start easily, difficult or not at all?

Is there anything else that you've tried in order to remedy the issue that hasn't been mentioned?

thanks for responding.
Yes I am in process of replacing shrader valve. Yes car starts right up everytime and I was reading on pressure gauge 11pounds at prime and 35 at cranking but when key off it bleads down. If I disconnect vacume hose to fuel presser regulator and cap it at manifold enitial charge at key on is up to 40 lbs and then cranking 35 lbs .is that a bad regulator? And why is it that with key off and shrader valve taken of rail is there gas actually squirting out of rail with good pressure from shrader valve goes? That seems pretty odd. It just keeps squirting out

I just took apart the pressure relay and found some cracking around the diaphragm towards middle the cracks don't go all the way through ,also the disc in middle has some scoring and isn't mirror like finish only in the middle is this my problem ? Also when I removed the diaphragm there was a lot of air in rail system is this normal ?? Here is pic s of diaphragm
