Auto xray 6000

I have a chance to get a auto xray 6000 scanner from one of my brothers friends his father passed away and it's collecting dust. Are these any good ? I don't necessarily need a scanner at this time but for 25 bucks was thinking wth.. Will this scanner give all live reading in my 5.7 tpi ? Any info would be great .
I'd try it out for myself before buying but he's 4 hours away.
Thanks

Re: Auto xray 6000

for $25? Definitely take it. Although it's a relatively older unit, it should still read current OBDII.

It should come with several sets of cables, to include the one you need for the ALDL. it will read 'live' on your ALDL.

For $25 I'd buy it sight unseen.
